"Una muy grata sorpresa. No conocíamos el sitio, y volvíamos de la feria de productos típicos y artesanales de El Pedroso, donde no pudimos comer por haber más gente de la que los locales del pueblo podían absorber, y entramos en Cantillana, sin saber siquiera si habría algo abierto. Al llegar, nos recibieron muy amablemente y decidimos compartir varias tapas para probar diferentes cosas. La ensaladilla, tremendamente suave y muy bien ligada.. de las mejores que he tomado. Los filetitos de lomo de ciervo con salsa verde sobre una rebanada de pan, sencillamente espectaculares. Las carrilladas increíbles, tan tiernas que no hacía falta cuchillovpara cortarlas. Las pavías de bacalao, muy suaves y ligeras Y para terminar el menudo... muy tierno y bien condimentado... Volveremos seguro."
